Installation Challenges

I'm a subscriber to Articulate 360 which I successfully installed on my laptop (single user, Admin). When I need to update the software, it downloads but says it is unable to install. Articulate support had me create another user account on my system, which when I login to that account, I'm able to download and install the update. This is frustrating, I should be able to install as an Admin on my computer.


I've also been unable to recently install Chrome on my system as well as a Logitech software program. I've tried disabling firewalls, and enabling permissions to communicate but no luck.


I appreciate any thoughts.
