Issue transfer large file to a VM!

I have a a dell server with windows 2016 and hyper-v. I have have a VM with windows 2016 as a file whenever a user tries to copy large from any workstation to the VM, files explorer hang start looking for the mapped drive and the other users lost connection to their mapped drive at the same time. I update the network driver and firmware of the server and we still have the issue.

Any help from you would be appreciated.
