WebDav Redirector (WebClient) - Event 7023 - Error 87 - Invalid Parameter

Greetings,

I'm currently investigating an issue with the WebClient (WebDav Redirector) failing to start on a Server 2016 Standard edition server.

Event logs (System) is stating - Service Control Manager 7023:

The WebClient service terminated with the following error:
The parameter is incorrect.

I've confirmed the Registry keys are correct (including the dependant service) against another Server 2016 that is working.

I've also attempted an uninstall / reinstall of the Service, sfc /scannow, dism health check and chkdsk - no errors reported.

Permissions are also set correctly on C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService


Any ideas?
