lgpo backup issue

hi,

i select mmc console ithen file then add or remove snap in then i select group policy object then browse then i select local user, then i did so many changes in group policy object and save it

then i log in same user and i took the backup with lgpo.exe /b path backup he-pend but same backup i m not able to restore in other system after restore command lgpo.exe /g path its not reflecting

please help me to know why its not reflecting this all r i m doing on win10 ent system.
