VPN Connection Stops Working After First Connect

Hello,


I am on Windows 10 Pro Build 1803 (a.k.a April 2018 Update).


My SSTP VPN connection works right after I create it. Then if I disconnect and try to connect again, it remains in "Connecting to xxx" state forever. No error message. Nothing.


Delete the connection and create it again. Same as above.


Please advise.
