How do I disassociate my personal info, email account etc from windows so I can return the PC to the store and get a new one later. I think I want to "de-activate" this pc from my microsoft account, if that makes sense.
Is it simply a matter of "resetting win10 to the previous version that came with the PC before the 3 Gb update?
And what about all my installed programs I installed after that big 3Gb update? Will they be erased? If someone else buys this PC I don't want them being able to use my software or recover my personal info like passwords and data etc.
