Can't activate Windows Server 2012 R2

Hello Guys,


i have the following problem:


Installed Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Eval. (no access to msdn)

Try to activate with our key - not working

Try to activate via dism /online /set-edition:serverstandard /productkey:... /accepteula -> Not working error 50

Output: Can not activate windows to the given edition.

Check via: dism /online /get-targetedition -> Output: ServerDatacenter

Try via KMS Key KMS client setup keys -> worked

Change to our key -> not working (Found this workaround or solution here Windows 2012 R2 standard Key not working)


Installed same server as new system with another image from our service provider (Same version):

Activate via KMS -> not working

Activate with Key -> not working


I have no idea.
