Network shares are empty using domain or netbios name, but shows contents using IP, server name or FQDN

Hi all,

I have a problem in a new Windows 2016 Domain, when I open a shared folder using domain name or NetBIOS name, every shared folder seems to be empty, but, using IP, server name or FQDN, folder content is visible

for example, all shared folder are empty using: \\corp.contoso.com (domain name) or \\contoso (NetBIOS name), but the content is visibile when using \\192.168.0.2 or \\dc01 (server name) or \\dc01.corp.contoso.com (FQDN)

this happens also using directly the dc01 server

can somebody help me ?
