Recently I did a system refresh on my installation of Windows 10. I reinstalled the two games I have from the store, Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 3. I haven't launched either game in the three or four days since I reinstalled them, however when I tried to start up Forza 7 today I got the message "Forza Motorsport 7 is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001." A similar message also popped up for Horizon 3. I restarted my system and the error still appeared , so I tried the command posted in this thread. After that did not work I uninstalled Horizon 3 and reinstalled it, yet I still got the same error code. What should I do?
