Hello,
We have a Windows Server 2012 R2 with the Server Essentials role installed to sync/manage Office365 accounts/passwords and another DC (Server 2008 R2).

I have restarted both DCs several times and still have the error.
The Password Change Notification Service is running on the 2012R2 server and I do not see any errors in the EventViewer regarding the service. I can stop and restart without issue.
I tried removing the service and re-adding as suggested in this article, but the issue persists: 2012 R2 Essentials O365 Password Sync not working (2 AD servers)
