Actvation of Windows 10 Home after hardware change

I changed my PC's motherboard and cpu, I have Windows 10 that I upgraded from win7 for free and now it won't let me reactivate it. Doesn't show any devices in my profile and troubleshoot does nothing, is there any way to fix that issue
