Windows Audio Service will not stay on.

I updated my computer yesterday and now I have no sound. I ran the diagnostic several times and I keep getting "Audio services not responding". I went in to my services to find that my Windows Audio service is stopped and when I start the service it will not stay on. I have tried many things that I have found online and none of them have worked. If anyone has any ideas that would help it would be appreciated.
