Hi,
I've just bought a dell laptop in China pre-loaded with Windows 10 Chinese home edition. This edition is single language and doesn't allow installation of other languages. I want to purchase (if necessary) and install an English copy of Windows 10 so that everything is in English.
I already tried to load English 10 using Windows 10 Media Creation Tool but the license key from the pre-installed edition wasn't accepted.
Is it worth buying a new copy of English 10 or will I face the same problem.
If I do hit a problem and can't use it can I claim a refund, I'm a pensioner and can't afford to waste my money.

P.S. Please be aware, I know a little of computing but am not that technical.
