I tried all offered solution on this thread:

This app has been blocked due company policy windows 10 store


all of which failed to solve it.


Today I discovered that i had blocked " Windows Store Install Service" in the services, so when I enabled it, it goes right.





I think this is may be the problem.


try to enable it, if it was disabled ...
