Reinstall after harddisk Fail

My hard dive failed, and I have to replace it. Can I do a reinstall of Windows 10 Pro, (my existing licensed) and be automatically authorized. Also. I have a downloaded iso copy of the new Spring 1803 version (from another computer). Can I use this. Any help appreciated. By the way, I fortunately backed up everything just in time.
