Another update, more Problems. 
With version 1709, many Windows 10 users had problems with Freezes.Together they found out (without a fix from Microsoft) that these are related to the "Fast Startup" option.I turned off the function and everything was fine.
With the 1803 version, Microsoft simply turned this feature back on.I noticed this, because I had freezes again. I disabled fast Startup again, but now the Windows start is slow as hell.That was not so before.
When does Microsoft plan to fix this obvious Problem?Thats a Problem that exist 5 month!
