How do I retrieve a message from Microsoft on my Android Outlook I received in Outlook on my Android? I received a message from Microsoft on my Android Outlook to resolve the foregoing MS problem and I was both unable to fwd it to my computer consultant to follow instructions or retrieve the message [to follow instructions myself] even though I checked all mailboxes. I don't have Snapchat, but the MS message just disappeared.
