Color change in taskbar

hello,

i have seen a small change of color ( red color is injected at few places in taskbar ) and when i increase the brightness i can clearly see the injected color.

i am sharing the screenshot of the taskbar.

may i know what's the problem??

(if you can't see the color then increase the brightness of your pc)
