In the bottom right corner of my screen is a constant reminder to activate my OS.
I purchased a product key from Microsoft for Win 10 Home... when I tried to activate my Win10 version... I was told that this key was no good.
So, thinking that we would get, at least a temporary activation of the Win10 software for evaluation purposes... I didn't see that notice after I completed the windows insider installation, I though... "Result!" Well, not so much... imagine my surprise when, after some updates were installed, that the annoyance in the bottom left returned.
Microsoft? You got a solution? I called customer (don't care), about this issue, seeking a refund for the purchase of a product key that doesn't work, period. I could have sworn I heard crickets in the background. It's to bad I cannot afford Mac, cause I'd bounce today... in fact, this message / rant / vent, wouldn't be getting written.
Oh, and FYI, if I had a way to force the charges to be reversed, I would, in a heartbeat.
Respectfully?
