Activation Problem: Windows 10 error: 0x803fa067.

After changing from win 10 32bit to 64bit and naturally skipping activation while installation windows is no longer activated. Troubleshooter says that there is some sort of problem with my product key, but I'm pretty stuck with the case. Help is very preshiated.
