I use Microsoft Family to restrict and monitor the web and app activity of my children on our PC. For the past few weeks, it shows that they have not browsed the web and have not used any apps, but they are most definately. (this is almost exactly the same question someone in 2017 had with no solution either.
All the help and solutions given to me by the forums or microsoft do not work.
I still have the message on the activity tab "Some settings on your child's device don't allow activity reporting."
1. I am administrator
2. the reporting tab is clicked to full in the settings. (settings diagnostic feedback bit)
3. I have removed the child from my family and readded as a child family member.
etc etc,
This is really important.
Sometimes the content restrictions need to be off for school projects but i still need to see what is being searched in the activity section.
Has anyone found a solution.
