I have a Dell All-in-One desktop:
Inspiron Desktop AIO 3264, Windows 10 Home 64bit
Last night (May 4, 2018) I manually downloaded the latest updates.
I will never do that again.
So -- technically, I can "Sign-in" but then I get a WHITE SCREEN with a Cortana voice telling me the merits of Cortana when I hover over each subject title... plus...
In the Left Upper Corner - I get:
a short list of options (with no links),
a scrolling box under that list,
and the outline of a tiny rectangular box which activates the same list of Cortana subjects with voice,
and a similar tiny rectangular box on the far right which allows me to adjust Volume.
The real issue is -- I CANNOT ACCESS THE PC AT ALL.
There is no way I can download the "fix" on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 because I cannot get past the White Cortana Screen window, therefor cannot even revert back to a previous version. Nothing!!!!.
Oh yeah, Microsoft still sucks.
