Too much space occupied in "Users/All users/Microsoft/HVSI/" in Windows 10, What is "HVSI" folder for?

I don't have much space on my SSD, hence I wanted to clean up it and scanned disk. Most highest usage is in "Users/All users/Microsoft/HVSI/" and "ProgramData/Microsoft/HVSI/". I googled it but with no results. Can anybody tell what is it? Can it be cleaned somehow? Can it be because of I'm insider because few month ago windows didn't occupied that much space.
