I have the same problem... I use VirtualBox on my Mac and this happens every time I delete my Windows 10 Pro VM and create a new one. Windows sees it as new hardware. I used to be able to chat with a real person for support and after verifying my Key and ID they would send a new Installation ID and it would work. However that chat feature has been replace with a less worthy virtual tech that tells me to call support... So I've called 3 times and have been told that my Product Key and Installation ID are valid, however their solution on each call was to re enter the product key, (which didn't work) and I got disconnected when being transferred. Help...
