Windows 10 Asus T100 laptop plugged in, not charging

I have an Asus T100 laptop with Windows 10. Starting from April 23, when I plug in the original AC charger, it tells me the battery is at a certain % (plugged in, not charging). It stays that way as long as the charger is plugged in (% doesn't go up or down). After I turn off the laptop and leave the charger plugged in overnight, it doesn't charge to 100%.
