FINALLY! After searching "Forever" for an answer to a simple question, I accidently found the answer.
Click on Control Panel, Click on Hardware and Sound, Click on ASUS Smart Gesture. Top of page click on Mouse Detection, Select/click on "Disable touchpad when mouse is plugged-in". Click "Apply", click "OK" and it's DONE.
