Worst Customer Support in history. lets outsource american tech support to India... yeah that makes sense. no help what so ever!

i recently upgraded my motherboard/processor (so of course i had to go to DD4 ram which is also a new part), while there i also got a new graphics card. when i turned on my computer it says i need to activate, so i followed the steps online and it didn't work ( i guess i changed out too many parts). i called the support and advised that i had a digital license from the free upgrade you offered, and the lady couldn't grasp the fact that i already had it, and didn't need a new one. she kept repeating "we no longer off free upgrade"... no Sh*t? i already have the upgrade, i cant re-activate! i don't have my digital product key anymore, as that hard drive i had it saved to fried a long time ago, but my windows has been working fine for years without needing it.


what can i do in this situation?
