My laptop display resolution gets reduced when connected to external monitor.

Hello, my Asus K53e laptop display resolution is reduced when I connect it to my external monitor.


It always worked fine until Windows released the Feature Update Version 1803.

I'm desperate after several attempts to fix it.


Can someone please help me, thank you in advance.
