I've been trying to factory reset my computer for awhile now, with multiple attempts and the outcome is always the same.
I go to restart by going onto 'Recovery' in settings then 'Reset this PC', after it processes and restarts I get on the 'Keyboard Layout' screen where the cursor isn't visible, hence, I can't select anything to complete the reset.
If necessary, here's the specs of my computer:
Model: Acer Aspire M3400
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 425 Processor 2.70 GHz
RAM: 3.00 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
If anyone could help out that'll be great, thanks.
