How to remedy an accidental app purchase?

Hi, we are very new to the microsoft store purchase and microsoft community, so please forgive me if I did not follow correct protocol in posting here. Recently my son accidentally made an unintended $99 purchase on a game out of curiosity. Is there a way to reverse the purchase?
