I haven't really had troubles before, seeing as this computer isn't even a year old, but I recently had to shut it down in the midst of a game and when loading back up my computer. Nothing works. My background is gone, my Start button doesn't work(not because of keyboard), My folder explorer doesn't work, I can't turn on wifi unless it's when I just open up in the start menu, and I cannot search anything nor does Cortana work anymore. People have told me it's a Windows 10 issue, and that I need to open command prompt, but /I can't do that/, seeing as my Windows button is broken. Please help, I spent a lot of money on this computer, and I just want it to work again.
