GLITCH - Update to v. 1803 re-enables privacy features turned off in previous versions

After updating to v. 1803 from v. 1709 on three different systems, I found the privacy settings for camera, microphone, account info, contacts, calendar, call history, email, tasks, and messaging to all be reset, giving Windows 10 permission to access all of these features. I had turned all of these settings off in v. 1709 and earlier, so to find them re-enabled without giving Microsoft permission to do so is disturbing. If you update to v. 1803, check your privacy settings! No means no, Microsoft, so stop with the Big Brother behavior and fix this glitch!
