My stream HP lap top could not handle the 2018 Windows update. I need a pc for my Photos and other work. However, when my New Acer Switch four days old had the download installed I lost "My PC" Icon and says it has no properties. "File Explorer" disappears if you open it and also "My PC" will disapper. They are both under c:\\users\Account\OneDrive\Acer
They should be C:\\Windows.....Shouldnt they?
Please can somone help as I've messaged with virtual assistant to no avail. Tried what they have given me but Im still stuck.
Im 70 and not a wizz but love my pc for the freedom it gives me to type.
