Trying to reset my win 10 laptop

I am trying to reset my win 10 laptop as its not booting up properly and have tried all methods from other forum.

While installing from a bootable usb I am noticing its not detecting my drive on which I want to install


"The driver of my device is missing."

How to fix this?
