I'm on a Windows 10 machine and when I try to create a new user I can't get there
I am logged in with the hidden Administrator account and when I try using the generally prescribed method to create a new user account ti tells me that function isn't available with this version of windows . It then goes on to send me down another rabbit hole which finally sends me back to the method than didn't work in the first place
Yet another shining example of Microsoft engineering.
