Is there a way to show whether CAPS LOCK and NUM LOCK are enabled in Windows 10?

I realize these are toggles but I'm wondering if there is a way to show, perhaps in the task bar, whether or not NUM LOCK is on and similarly for CAPS LOCK. My keyboard does not have any LED's for this purpose.
