Windows Menu Bar Change Size with keyboard

Hello does anyone know how to fix this. My cat was on my laptop keyboard and pressed numerous buttons and now the windows menu bars and display are huge. Have tried everything to fix and even the tech guys at Microsoft were unable to go back to the original size. Surely this has happened to someone else... it seems to be attached to my user login because if you use the laptop with a different user all the sizing is fine. HELP anyone.... thank you!!! could not fix it.
