OneDrive business Syncing Slows down Internet and system performance.

I v Windows 10 Pro Insider preview build 17661. whenever I open oneDrive to sync, my computer slows down all processes including browsing, sometimes I cant surf internet until i pause syncing.....

Any solutions to this???
