[UWP] [XAML] How to get, output device connected with Win10 device by which PORT(RJ45, RS232, HDMI) ?

Hi

I need to get by which port my output device getting connected with Windows 10 device, means my monitor is connected through RJ45 cable or through RS232 cable or through HDMI cable?

Which class I need to use for same. I am working on UWP App.
