The removal of Homegroup

With the removal of Homegroup, how do I enable sharing of folders to some of my network of PC's but not to others on the same network?


I can see that if I RH Click on a folder I can share it, but when I come to give access to specific people, it is not clear how I add someone who is a user on another Windows 10 machine.

Can anyone please advise me?
