This problem started a LONG time ago and there is even a voting page for it.
Fix DNS management console sorting bug
This irritating bug has been arround for 10 years and has never been fixed. It is still there in Windows 2016. Even a highschool kid can fix this bug if he had access to the source code.
Heck, Microsoft, just trow that code out there and WE will fix it for you. :-(
