Why my laptop always get bluescreen after long time continuously large game playing?

When I play WATCH DOGS® 2, Rise of Tomb Raider (Steam version), etc., after around 7 hours' continuously game playing, the games are very likely to freeze, and even Ctrl + Alt + Delete doesn't get respond. Then it gets blue screen with "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION", but my laptop specs are enough to play them.

Please do not suggest to update the drivers and reinstall/restore the system since I've already done them lots of times, but none of them work.

My laptop specs:

CPU: i7-7700HQ 2.80GHz

GPU: GTX 1060 6GB

RAM: 8GB DDR4

HDD: 5200r/s

PS: I noticed the game always tend to lag right before it freezes, and my laptop gets extremely hot even I placed a fan cooler beneath it.
