unknown device on my wifi network

can someone tell me how the device named "Austin" is on my network and if there is a way to find its geographical location, perhaps exactly where the device is in relation to my router so that I might go have a little chat with my wifi thief and probably the hacker who has been a thorn in my side for a couple years now.
