Hello,
I have a Toshiba C55t-A5314, and for the past few weeks I've been having a strange problem. Randomly, my USB mouse and the built-in touchscreen will stop working. The keyboard and trackpad still work, though. I can temporarily resolve the issue by either rebooting or hibernating and turning the laptop back on. I've tried updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling the devices in device manager, ensuring the power settings for the devices don't allow the computer to turn them off, and ran SFC and DISM, but nothing has worked. Any thoughts?
