Windows 10 - unable to stream with windows media player

Evidently when my laptop was updated to windows 10 last week, I lost access to internet streaming of the following - https://wms28.streamhoster.com/nostalgiadigest/247804610505.wma - which requires access to windows media player. This happened the last time the operating system was upgraded. I need instructions on how to re-enable, re-install, whatever to stream content again.
