Wifi Icon on taskbar does not pop up panel to show available networks in Windows 10.

Hii, I have windows 10 on my laptop and I have got a problem with taskbar wifi icon. When I turn on my windows and click on wifi icon on the right-hand side of the taskbar, it pops up a panel and searches for available networks, but it suddenly closes after 5-10 seconds and I can not open the panel again even after clicking several times. So now I'm not able to connect to new routers.
