Headset controller Problem

I have a Phillips shg8200 (USB) headset, but it wont't work properly in windows 10. Windows says it has controller problems and it doesn't even appear in the sound tab due to that. It sometimes happens when I turn my computer on, but after a lot of restarting, it usually works. This is very annoying since sometimes I spend over half an hour trying to fix it.
