File Explorer won't allow me to drag it to another monitor

Please note that when I try to drag an open File Explorer from my primary monitor to another monitor (my secondary monitor) it blinks really fast and then crashes.


I've tried restarting my computer and also shutting down my computer, without any luck.


Any help is appreciated
