We have a Drobo NAS on our network. Other PC's can connect just fine but one WIndows 10 Pro (x64) machine cannot. It can see OTHER shares on the network, but we cannot access them! We can PING the NAS by DNS name AND IP address. When we try to access the NAS in Windows File Explorer we get an IMMEDIATE error "Windows cannot access \\192.168.1.201" or "Windows cannot access \\DroboNAS".
Actually, we can PING everything from this box but cannot access anything on the LAN through Windows File Explorer. What can we look at to see WHY this critical service is failing?
