Microsoft bluescreen error

I got my pc last december and it worked fine until now. Today after not being able to sign into my epic games account to use unreal engine, it ran into a error and 5 seconds later my pc show a bluescreen. When i try to restart my computer with the files, it says it ran into a error trying to restart. And when i try to continue to windows ten it also says it ran into a error. Any help?
